What materials do you work with? 
We specialize in laser cutting and engraving acrylic, but we also work with a variety of other materials such as wood, leather, and some paper. If you have a specific material in mind, feel free to contact us to see if we can accommodate your needs.

What thickness of acrylic can you cut? 
We can cut acrylic up to .75 inches thick. If you have a specific thickness in mind, please let us know, and we’ll confirm if we can work with it.

Can I provide my own design? 
Absolutely! We encourage clients to provide their own designs. Please ensure that the files are in vector format (such as .AI or .SVG) for the best results. If you need help with file preparation, our design team is happy to assist.

Do you offer custom design services? 
Yes, we offer custom design services. Our talented design team can help bring your vision to life, whether you have a rough idea or need a complete design created from scratch.

What is the turnaround time for orders?  
Turnaround time depends on the complexity and size of the order. Most orders are completed within 7-10 business days. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline

What are your shipping options?  
We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options through USPS.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. For international shipping, please note that delivery times may vary, and additional customs fees may apply.

What is your return policy? 
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or repair.

How can I track my order? 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed? 
Since we begin processing orders as soon as they are received, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed and or approved. However, if you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.
