Our Design Process

A seamless experience designed to bring your vision to life

Initial Inquiry

Complete our inquiry form to get started. If desired, you may schedule a 30-minute consultation to discuss your vision, event details, and design preferences in depth.

Design Proofs

You'll receive custom design proofs tailored to your selections. Two rounds of revisions are included to refine colors, wording, and overall design. Additional revisions beyond this are available for a $25 design fee. Please allow up to 24 hours for each revision round.

Proposal & Approval

Once your design direction and selections are finalized, a detailed proposal and invoice will be provided for your review.

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your order and begin production. Payment arrangements may be available upon request; however, all balances must be paid in full at least 3 weeks prior to your event or order deadline.

Production

Once your designs are approved and payment is received, production begins. Each piece is carefully created with attention to detail and quality.

Printing & Delivery

After final approval, your items are printed, inspected, and prepared for delivery. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. For local pickup, we will coordinate a convenient date and time once your order is ready.
